Service
Power Ads provides agency advertising infrastructure for Meta platforms, including agency ad accounts, a corporate card programme for ad spend and operational support. Clients remain responsible for their campaigns, creatives, landing pages and compliance with Meta's Advertising Standards and applicable law.
Eligibility
Services are offered to businesses spending at least $100,000 per month on Meta advertising, subject to application review. We may decline or end any engagement at our discretion.
Fees
A one-time setup fee of $3,000 is due before onboarding. Ad spend is prepaid by top-up. A fee of 4% is deducted from each top-up and the remainder is credited to the client's ad balance.
Acceptable use
Clients must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and Meta's policies. Restricted categories require appropriate licences and Meta authorizations before launch.
Accounts and replacements
Ad accounts remain subject to Meta's enforcement. We replace restricted accounts where appropriate but do not guarantee any specific delivery, performance or account lifetime.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the service fees paid in the four weeks preceding a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are notified to active clients in advance.
