Setup fee
The setup fee covers onboarding work performed and is non-refundable once onboarding has begun. If we decline you before onboarding starts, it is refunded in full.
Top-up fees
The 4% fee is earned when a top-up is credited and is non-refundable. Unspent ad balance at the end of an engagement is returned, less any platform charges already incurred.
Disputes
Contact your operator within 14 days of a top-up with any billing questions.
